How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days via VinoShipper. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Adult signature (21+) is required at delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States through VinoShipper. International shipping is not available at this time due to wine shipping regulations.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of alcohol products, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll make it right.
Can I modify my wine club shipment?
Wine club shipments are curated by our team, but you can contact us at least 2 weeks before your scheduled shipment to request modifications or skip a quarter.
